" Staging is something that I recommend to everyone. The way you live in a house is different than how you have it look when selling. I was contacted by a young woman who had her house on the market for 6 months and was very discouraged. Although this home was priced incorrectly, her vacant house would not have sold for the price or the timeline she was looking for. The market was saturated with cape cod style homes that were not selling. I contacted Richard and told him that she wanted her home sold in 30 days. Richard made some inexpensive recommendations such as shining the hardwood floors and painting a few rooms.
